Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the two water reservoirs?

The flat mop system has two separate reservoirs: one for clean water and one for dirty water. This allows you to clean easily without having to rinse constantly – you fill the clean reservoir and let the dirty water drain into the other container.

How does the included free cleaning scraper work?

You can easily clip the scraper onto the aluminum panel. It is ideal for stubborn dirt on tiles or inside the kitchen cabinet. By scraping over it with a short motion, you remove dirt without causing scratches.

How often should I wash the mop pads?

You can machine wash the two included mop cloths at 40 °C after every 2–3 cleaning sessions. This keeps them fresh and more absorbent, ensuring a sparkling clean result every time.

Is the system suitable for both hard floors and carpets?

Yes! The aluminum panel glides smoothly over hard floors such as tile, laminate, and parquet. For carpets, you can use the mop cloths in either the wet or dry setting – you will get a gentle clean without damaging the carpet.

How often do I need to refill the water tank?

That depends on the size of your floor, but on average, you will need to refill the clean water tank every 30-45 minutes. The system will use a clear indicator to let you know when it is time to refill.
