1. Introduction
At Induction Kings, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. However, we understand that there may be times when you are not satisfied with your purchase or if an error has occurred. This return and refund policy explains how you can return a product and request a refund.

2. Returning Products

2.1 Return Period: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After that, you have 14 days from the date of the return request to actually return the product. We will then refund the full amount (including the shipping costs of your return) within 14 days.

2.2 Condition of the Product: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning.

2.3 Return Process: To return a product, contact our customer service through our contact page to obtain a return authorization. Send the product along with the return authorization to Erve Hilbert 24, 7577ZA Oldenzaal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

 

4. Exceptions

4.1 If you are outside the product warranty/return conditions, you are not entitled to a full return or refund.

5.1 Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer you a replacement product.
